Auch bei der „Ausbildung der Betreuer“, der „Gesamtzufriedenheit der Eltern“ sowie der „Weiterempfehlung“ bei Eltern und Jugendlichen hatte RUF Jugendreisen die Nase vorn.
Die Studie zeigt zudem auf, dass Eltern ein nachprüfbarer Beleg der Betreuungs- und Ausbildungsqualität bei Jugendreisen wichtig ist. Den Nachweis von Zertifikaten oder regelmäßigen Schulungsseminaren bewerteten die Befragten als sehr bedeutsam (4,82).
Die unternehmenseigene Akademie, in der RUF seit fast 30 Jahren Kinder- und Jugendreiseleiter aus- und weiterbildet, bekam erst kürzlich vom TÜV SÜD das Qualitätssiegel ISO 9001:2008.
