Was ist UGC? Was sind Social Networks? Was Targeted Ads? Unique Content? Es wurden mehr Fragen aufgeworfen als beantwortet.
War es deshalb eine schlechte Veranstaltung? Nein, ganz sicher nicht. Kongresse wie dieser schärfen die Sinne für ein Thema, dem vor allem die kleineren Unternehmen der Touristik noch skeptisch und etwas zurückhaltend gegenüberstehen. Fragende Blicke und volle Schreibblöcke machen im ersten Augenblick ratlos, aber schon bald entfesselt sich Engagement, Neugierde und Tatendrang. Die Touristik muss sich des Themas annehmen. Andere Branchen sind im Online-Marketing weit voraus.
Obwohl der eine oder andere Referent nicht zu überzeugen wusste und viele Fragen offen blieben: Das Ziel wurde dennoch voll erreicht. Die Touristiker wurden einmal mehr für ein überlebenswichtiges Thema sensibilisiert. Steter Tropfen höhlt den Stein.
